The deductions are charged for cancellation of reservations by way of compensation these charges are the following:
5% of the advance if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to arrival.
The 50% when it is made more than 7 and less    than 30 days in advance.
100% if the cancellation is made 7 days in advance. According to our general terms and conditions, if leaving the room before the agreed date for reasons beyond our control, you will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.
